Top of Europe Magic Park

From December 18, 2026, through February 28, 2027, the Kursaalgarten in Interlaken will be transformed into an enchanting winter wonderland featuring ice skating, curling, ice hockey-themed mini-golf, a winter lounge, dining options, and a magical evening atmosphere.

The New Winter Hangout in Interlaken

The Top of Europe Magic Park brings winter fun and a warm, friendly atmosphere to the Kursaalgarten in Interlaken. Surrounding the Kursaal fountain, a spacious ice rink, ice hockey mini-golf, an indoor curling rink, a cozy winter lounge, and a variety of dining options invite visitors to linger.

As the successor to ICE MAGIC Interlaken, Magic Park continues to offer this popular winter experience at a new location. Atmospheric lighting transforms the park into a winter gathering place—especially in the evening—for families, friends, vacationers, and companies.

About 1,000 m² of ice around the Kursaal Fountain—the new ice-skating experience in the style of Ice Magic Interlaken.

Approximately 350 m² of covered curling rink for weather-proof team fun at Magic Park Kursaal Interlaken.

  • Winter Lounge

Cozy, decorated, and warm—the perfect place to take a break.

  • Dining

Various food stands, as well as the Spycher restaurant for groups and corporate events.

  • Ice Skating with Winter Magic

Spanning approximately 1,000 square meters around the Kursaal Fountain, the Top of Europe Magic Park builds on the concept of ICE MAGIC Interlaken: open-air ice skating, a wintery atmosphere, and socializing on the ice. The spacious ice rink, complete with a soft hockey zone, offers plenty of room for leisurely laps, first attempts at ice skating, and a variety of athletic activities. If you don’t have your own skates, the rental shop has about 800 pairs in various sizes. Coat check and lockers are available on site.

  • Ice Hockey Mini-Golf on the Ice

Twelve holes, one puck, and plenty of skill: The ice hockey mini-golf course adds an extra dose of activity to the new winter adventure world in the Kursaalgarten. With no prior experience required—but plenty of fun—this activity is perfect for children, teens, families, groups of friends, and companies looking for a low-key recreational activity.

  • Curling – indoor, social, and great for teams

The indoor curling rink, which is approximately 350 m² in size, offers weather-proof team fun at Magic Park. The three lanes, each accommodating up to 8 people, can be booked individually or together in half-hour increments.

  • Arrive, warm up, enjoy

Just as it used to be at Ice Magic Interlaken, spending time away from the ice is part of the experience at Top of Europe Magic Park. The decorated and heated Winter Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy warm drinks, conversation, and breaks between activities.

  • Arrive, warm up, enjoy

A selection of food stands in charming wooden huts offers a variety of culinary delights right next to the ice rink. For group, team, and corporate events, the Spycher Restaurant provides an atmospheric way to wrap up the day with regional specialties and an authentic Swiss atmosphere.
